7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- All accessories and documentation are included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products and software
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 7 days
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return
- Upload evidence if required (photos of damaged items, etc.)
- Submit your request and wait for approval
- Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs:
- Free returns for defective or wrong items
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
- We provide prepaid return labels when applicable
- Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (3-5 additional business days)
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant, you can request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we'll issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, and return shipping is free for such cases. Please upload photos of the damage when submitting your return request.
