Ingredients: Shrimp (crustacean shellfish), water, salt, sodium carbonate and sodium citrate.
Directions
Thawing Instructions: For best results: Place bag in a container and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove shrimp from packaging, let sit in a strainer to drain for 2 minutes. Cook before serving. Quick thawing: Place frozen shrimp into a strainer and rinse with cold running water for approximately 5-7 minutes. While rinsing, lightly rotate the shrimp to ensure even thawing. Drain excess water and cook before serving.
